Magazines

Bohemia

Revista Bohemia (also referred to as Bohemia) is Cuba’s oldest general consumer magazine. It was founded in 1908 by Miguel Ángel Quevedo Pérez.

The magazine has been published in Cuba under various editors since the early 20th century. Bohemia began in 1908. A new series began in 1910. The magazine is still currently published in Cuba.

Carteles

The Cuban magazine Carteles was founded in 1919 and closed in 1960. This magazine, published in Havana,  enjoyed a circulation that included the entire island of Cuba and the international market in the 1940s and 1950s.
This magazine was among the favorites of the Cuban middle class because, although popular in character, it was not only a serious publication but also showed elegance and good taste in its articles and illustrations.

Social

Founded in January 1916 by graphic illustrator and cartoonist Conrado Walter Massaguer and had a circulation in Cuba from 1916 to 1938.
