1) Log on to
http://pares.mcu.es/
2) Click on Busqueda
Avanzada.
3) Type in
ULTRAMAR,271,EXP.8 in the box titled Signatura
and make sure the button for Busqueda por Signatura exacta
is green.
4) Scroll to the bottom of
the page and click on Buscar.
5) A window will appear with
the title of the archive (Archivo Historico Nacional) and
Hacienda de Cuba. Ministerio de Ultramar directly below.
6) Click on Hacienda
de Cuba. Ministerio de Ultramar.
7) Another window will open
listing a file named Hojas servicios empleados de Intendencia
Stago. de Cuba with the signatura noted above
as well as the dates and a camera icon.
8) Click on the file name to
view the pertinent information for that file.
9) Click on the camera icon
to view the images of the files. (Use our index to help you locate a
particular individual of interest. Take note of the Imagen
number)
10) Type in the Imagen
number in the box labeled ver imagen n°
and click the gold button
with the check mark. You will then see the image displayed.
